Yes. There's no sign-up and no app to install. If you want the full details on a home, you can ask for them, but that's always optional.
What happens with my location?

Where do the listings come from?
From the MLS® System through CREA's DDF®. Listings belong to their listing brokerages and are shown by Sean Phillips, REALTOR®, Coldwell Banker Executives Realty.
